The Curve measures how a person's behavior has been developed or adapted to experiences unique to their life, but commonly shared across different races and cultures. Those experiences are measured in what we call "Experience Quadrants." The quadrants on the Curve are internet experience, social media experience, and cultural experience. Each quadrant measures and scores a person's experiences against commonly shared experiences (intersectional points) in that quadrant.
Measuring experiences are key in understanding how humans, specifically millennials, relate to one another. Using the Curve, Academy M can provide a snapshot of how well a team of millennials and non-millennials will (or can) communicate with one another during the course of their relationship. Working relationships that possess little to no experiences intersection points struggle to build rapport and typically fail within days or weeks, forcing both the millennials and non-millennials to end the relationship due to poor communication and bad rapport.
For your benefit, Academy M has graphed your teams Curve results. By looking over your results below, you will be able to see how your team's shared experiences can empower or destroy the opportunity for effective communication. Your Curve results will also show you how predisposed each member of your team is to millennial behavior patterns.
